LLM COPILOT — TEAM SNAPSHOT PROMPT PACK

Mục tiêu: giảm thời gian viết snapshot, tăng consistency, nhưng không được overclaim. Rule: output AI luôn là draft, bắt buộc human review.

1) Input tối thiểu (được phép đưa cho LLM)

Chỉ dùng dữ liệu anonymous + aggregated và thông tin cấp tổ chức:

  • Company + bối cảnh ngắn (1-2 câu)
  • Pain + impact + deadline
  • TSQ01..TSQ08 answers hoặc bản tóm tắt
  • Team Snapshot Pulse 5Q (q1..q5 + avg/tier)
  • 3 evidence bullets
  • Transcript excerpt sạch nếu có
  • Constraints (nếu có)

Không đưa:

  • tên nhân viên, email, thông tin định danh cá nhân
  • raw transcript chưa làm sạch
  • “ai nói gì”

2) Prompt: Snapshot draft (1 trang)

System (guardrail):

  • Viết tiếng Việt, giọng thực chiến, không phán xét cá nhân.
  • Không bịa số liệu/ROI/benchmark.
  • Cấu trúc bắt buộc: Evidence -> Interpretation -> Action.
  • Action phải có owner + deadline + signal.
